Discover
Understand which processes will deliver high automation returns in line with business needs. Define prioritised Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Capture requirements. Engage with all relevant stakeholders / team members. A detailed blueprint of the agents, workflows, instrumented channels and all application integration is the result of the Discovery phase, with fully costed options.

Develop
Experienced AgentAntics specialists design and build agents and workflows, coding where necessary, to meet all requirements. Solutions can include custom integration with existing applications , such as CRM and Help Desk systems ,where needed. Tools used – and associated ongoing license costs (if any) – are agreed prior to commencing the actual development work.

Optimise
Extensive real-world testing to determine where performance or other optimisation is needed – such as tuning agent conversational output.

Deploy
AI agents are deployed and fully documented, ensuring that all governance and compliance requirements are considered, met or exceeded, evidenced and demonstrable. A key outcome of this stage is that the client is self-sufficient and empowered to onwardly develop all of the elements provided.
AI Governance
AI Governance is incorporated throughout every AgentAntics engagement. Every project is reviewed at every stage by a certified IAPP Artificial Intelligence Governance Practitioner (AIGP) attached to the client project team.
